Afgan Election

This comes under the heading of W T F???

I read today that there is a recount going on in the Afghanistan election. Really? Has everyone in the world totally forgotten the US election of 2000? We could not perform a recount in the US, but they are going to have one in Afghanistan during a war!

Once again, Really??
